GuavaAmroodh ek aisa phal hain, Jo har season mein mil jata hain. Isse hone wale fayde ko dekhte huye ise garibo ka seb kaha jata hain. Yeh Vitamin C, Fiber aur anya kai jaroori  minerals se bharpoor phal hain.


Amrood ke fayde 

1. Moonh mein chhale hone par :- Agar aapke moonh mein chhale ho gye hain aur aksar mouth ulcer ki problem bani rahti hain , to amrood ki komal-komal nayi pattio ka sewan karna kafi faydemand hota hain. Isse jaldi aaram milta hain. Saath hi iske patto mein kattha mila kar khane se munh ke chhale jaldi theek ho jate hain.

12. Thyroid :- Amrood mein copper hota hain, jo Thyroid ko control karta hain. Thyroid Gland bahut hi mahatavpurn gland hain, jo kai prakar ke hormones aur organ system ko control karta hain. Is Gland mein gadbadi aane se pure sharir ki karyapranaali prabhavit hoti hain. Amrood mein Iodine bhi hota hain. Jo sharir mein hormones ko balance banaye rakhta hain.

13. Blood circulation ke liye :- Amrood mein vitamin B acchi matra mein paya jata hain. Saath hi Niacin bhi, Jisse blood circulation sahi rahta hain.
