MangoGarmiya apne saath Aam ka season lekar aati hain. Phalo ka raja Aam (Mango) shayad hi kisi ko napasand ho. Aur jab yeh pata chale ki yeh swaad ke saath , Balki sehat ke lihaj se bhi bahut faydemand hain, to bhala kaun ise nahi chakhega. Hamare yaha kai prakar ke Aam (Mango) paye jate hain. Isi ke chalte alag-alag Aam ka aakaar aur swaad mein anter paya jata hain. Hapus, Badam, Tota pari, Langda, Sindoori, Neelam, RatnaGiri, Lal Patta aam ki kuch prjatiya hain. Aam kachcha aur pakka dono hi roop mein bahut hi upyogi hain. 




Mango mein Amino Acid, Vitamin A, C aur E,  Niacin aur Beta Carotene, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium aur bhi kai tarah ke enzyme atyadhik matra mein paye jate hain. Vitamin A bahari vatavaran aur kai prakar ke Bacteria ke prabhavo ko rokta hain, vahi Vitamin C skin ke rogo se bachata hain. Vitamin D daanto aur haddiyon ke liye faydemand hota hain. 


Cholesterol kam karta hain.


Rojana Aam khane se isme maujood Adiponectin Extra cholesterol ka level dheere-dheere kam karta hain. Aur insulin banane ka kaam karta hain, jisse Cholesterol apne aap Energy mein badal jata  hain. Aam mein Leptin naam ka chemical hota hain, Jisse bhookh kam lagti hain. Isse extra calorie bhi burn ho jati hain. Aam wala face mask scrubbing ke liye bhi upyogi mana jata hain. Isme paya jane wale Anti Oxidant khas taur par Vitamin C skin ko healty rakhne ke saath uski chamak ko bhi banaye rakhti hain. Aam mein mauzood Flavonoid  Skin ke rom chidra (Open pores) kholkar muhanse ko kam karta hain. Aam mein paya jane wala Beta carotene Vitamin A ko kai tatvo mein devide kar deta hain, Jo skin ko chamakdaar banane ke saath usay healthy bhi rakhte hain. Upay :-  Khoobsurat Skin pane ke liye Aam ko khane ke baad uske chilko ko phenkne ke bajaye, Uske Gude ko apni skin par laga kar 10-15 minute sukhne de. Uske baad gun gune paani se dho le. Itne asaan tarike se aap paa sakti hain, chand minto mein damakti tavcha.


Looh se bachata hain 


Garmiyon mein Looh se bachne ke liye bahut jaroori hain ki aapke sharir mein paani ki matra barabar bani rahe. Aam mein maujood potassium sharir mein sodium level ki matra ko banaye rakhta hain. Jo garmiyo mein chalne wali garm hawa se bachata hain aur sharir ko thanda rakhta hain. Isliye rojana Kachcha aam khane se body mein paani ki matra bani rahti hain. Lekin Aam khane se pahle use kareeb 1 ghanta paani mein bhigo kar rakh le. Ise khana jyada faydemand hota hain.


Upay :-  Iske liye aap do ya teen kachche aam ko 2 cup paani mein ubaal le. Thanda hone ke baad uske chhilke utar kar uska guda nikal le aur Ise 1 glass thande paani mein milaye. Swadanusar namak aur chini dalkar din mein 2 baar piye.


Aankhon ke liye faydemand 


Aam mein mauzood Vitamin A aankho ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain. Aankhon ki roshini badhane ke saath saath yeh kai prakar ki bimariya jaise ratondhi, Motiyabind, Aankhon mein jalan, Khujali, Aankhon mein sukhapan, Aankhon mein paani aana aadi ko door karta hain. Iske alawa bhi kai prakar ke flavonoids   jaise Beta carotene aur Beta - Cryptoxanthin aankhon ki roshini ko badhata hain. Har roj ek katori aam khane se 25% Vitamin A ki matra sharir ko milti hain.

2. Blackheads ko door karta hain :- Sunane mein bada ajeeb lagega, Lekin yeh baat sach hain ki Aam se banaya gya scrub, Black heads ko door karta hain. 
Upay :-  1 bowl mein pake huye Aam ka guda, Aadha Chammach Doodh ya Doodh ka powder aur shahad mila le. Pure chehre par is scrub ko dheere-dheere lagaye. Isse blackheads ke saath aapki dead skin bhi nikal jayegi.


3. Umar kam kare :- Aam mein maujood Antioxidants chehre ki Pigmentation ko kam karke skin ko young rakhte hain. Saath hi hanikarak radicals ko door karke cancer se bhi bachav karta hain. Vitamin C ki bharpoor matra Baar-baar chehre par hone wale pimples ko bhi rokti hain. Aam ko sidhe chehre par lagane se skin mulayam to hoti hain, Saath hi yeh ek natural moisturizer ka bhi kaam karta hain.

5. Kale dhabbe door kare :- skin ke kale daag-dhabbo ko mitane ke liye aam bahut badi bhoomika nibhata hain.

Upay :-  Iske liye Aam ko dhoop mein sukha kar uska powder bana le. Ab usme 1 chammach Dahi milaye aur chehre par lagaye. Daag-dhabbo ko door karne ke saath skin ki rangat barkarar rakhta hain.


6. Keel-Muhanse door kare :- Kacche Aam ka ras behtarAstringent ka kaam karta hain, jo keel-muhanse ko door karta hain.

Upay : - Ek chhote se kacche aam ko paani mein ubal le. phir us paani se chehre ko dho le aur keel-muhanse wali jagah ko bhi dho le.


7. Cleanser ka kaam karta hain :- Skin ki ander ki safai karta hain, Jisse uske chhed (Skin pores) khul jate hain aur use bharpoor oxygen ki matra milti hain. Jisse skin khoobsurat aur jawa dikhti hain.




Upay :-  1 chammach genhu ke aate mein Aam ka guda milakar chehre par lagaye. kuch hi dino mein fark dekhe.


8. Face wash ka kaam kare :- Oily ho ya Dry har tarah ki skin ke liye aam asardaar hain.

Upay :- Iske liye Aam ke gude mein Pisa Badam aur Doodh ya Doodh ka powder mila kar paste bana le. Is paste ko puri tarah chehre par laga kar 20 minute baad  dho le.


9. Papdi ki parat utare :- Chehre par pad rahi papdiyo ko door karta hain.

Upay :- Ek Chauthaai chammach pake huye aam ko 2 chammach doodh aur pise huye badam aur oats ke saath mash kar le. 20 minute chehre par laga rahne de. phir gun gune paani se dho le.

10. Sensitive skin ke liye :- Sensitive skin ke liye Aam ka guda bahut hi labhkari hota hain.



Upay :- Aam ke gude mein Oatmeal, Doodh aur shahad mila le. Chehre ko thande paani se dho le, phir Ise apne chehre par lagaye. 15 Minutes ke baad chehre ko dho le.



Baalo ki dekhbhal

Aam bahut saare minerals aur vitamins ka khazana hain. Jo baalo ko poshan dene ke saath saath unka vikas bhi karta hain. Khoobsurat aur lambe baalon ke liye Aam sahayak hain.

Accha conditioner hain :-  Aam se kuch hi samay mein ghar par hi conditioner taiyaar kiya ja sakta hain. Iska istemal baalo ko silky aur smooth banane ke liye kiya jata hain.

Upay :- Iske liye pake Aam ke gude ko 1 Bade chammach Dahi aur 2 Ande ke peele wale bhaag ke saath mix kare. Ise balo par lagakar pure 30 minutes tak rahne de. Dhone ke baad dekhe aapke baal kaise mulayam aur silky ho jayenge.


Rusi ki samsya door kare :- Aam mein maujood Vitamin A dandruff ki problem ko door karke , uski chamak banaye rakhta hain. Balon mein bhi nami barkarar rakhne ke liye iska istemal kiya jata hain. Vitamin E Hair scalp mein Blood transfer ke process ko sahi rakhta hain, Jo baal ko lambe karne ka mukhya vajah hain.


Balon ko jhadne aur safed hone se rokne ke liye :- Aam ki guthali se nikalne wala tel Fatty acids, Vitamins aur minerals ka khazana hota hain. Jisme Moisture ki bharpoor matra hoti hain.


Upay :- Aam ki guthali ki upari parat ko nikalkar Isse nikalne wale tel ko sarso ya nariyal ke tel ke saath mila le aur ise kuch dino tak suraj ki roshini mein rahne de. Is mixture ko rojana seer par lagaye. Isse baal sunder, Lambe, ghane, Kale aur jhadne band ho jate hain.
