Agar aapka wazan lagatar badhta chala ja raha hain to sawdhan ho jaaiye. Kamar aur pet ka badhta size kai bimariyon ka karan ban sakta hain. 9. Vegetables aur Fruits mein calorie ki matra kam hoti hain. Isliye inka sewan adhik matra mein kare. Kela aur Cheeku na khaye. Inse motapa badhta hain. 

10. Aamble aur Haldi ko barabar matra mein pees kar churan bana le. iss churan ko chhachh ke saath le. Kamar ek dum patli ho jayegi. 

11. Motapa kam nahi ho raha hain to khane mein kati huyi hari mirch yaa kali mirch ko shamil karke badhte wajan par kaboo paya ja sakta hain. 15. Khane ke samay tamatar aur pyaaz ki salad mein kali mirch aur namak dalkar khaye. Inse body ko Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium, Lynchpin milega. Inhe khane ke baad khane se pet jaldi bhar jayega, jisse wazan control ho jayega.
