Jo wah jane-anjane mein lunch ke baad aksar karte hain. Aaiye jante hain ki log lunch karne ke baad kya-kya galtiyan karte hain, jisse unke hajme par bura asar padta hain.
1. Turant Tehlna :-
Diet Experts ke mutabik hame lunch ke turant baad tehlana nahi chahiye. Dophar ka khana khane ke baad 15-20 minutes tak  aaram karna jaroori hain.

2. Brush karna :-
Lunch karne ke baad brush bilkul nahi karna chahiye. Agar aapne koi citrus vala aahaar khaya hain to daanton par brush karne se daanton ki parat toorant utar jayegi, jise hum enamel kehte hain.  

3. Bahut jyada pani pina :- 
Agar aap khana khane ke baad bahut jyada pani pite hain to isse aapka pachan tantra prabhavit hota hain. Isse pet ki kai kism ki bimariya bhi ho sakti hain.  Isliye khana khane ke turant baad jyada pani mat piye. 

4. Smoking :-
Lunch karne ke baad blood circulation tez hota hain. par jab aap smoking karte hain to uska dhooaa aaraam se aapke body mein ghush kar lungs aur kidney ko nuksaan pahuchata hain.

5. Walk par jana:-
Lunch karne ke baad sidhe walk par jane se khane ke poshan body mein acchhi taraf se nahi sama pata hain.
