Is churan ki thodi si matra chhalon par lagaye. Chhalon mein bahut hi jaldi aaram milega. Kachche kele mein ek mahatvpoorn flavonoid glycosides  paya jata hain jo chhalon ko theek karne mein saksham hota hain.
