Aap bachpan se yeh muhavara jaroor sunte aa rahe honge "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" , lekin ek study ke mutabik har din seb khane se aapki bimari par uska koi asar nahi padega. balki jab aapko bimar hona hoga tab aap bimar honge hi.

Study ke mutabik roz seb khane valon ko bhi utni hi baar doctor ke paas jana padta hain jitna ki kabhi kabhar seb khane vale ko ya kabhi na seb khane vale ko doctor ke paas jana padta hain. 

Study ne yeh nahi bataya hain ki Apple aapki Health ke liye kharab hain balki bataya hain ki agar aap healthy rahna chahte hai to aap ek kism ka fruit mat khaye, balki tarah-tarah ke fruit khaye tabhi aapke body ko healthy diet mil payegi aur aap svasth rah payenge.
