11. Kachche pyaaz ka sewan swapn dosh ki samsya mein bahut hi acchha mana jata hain. Khane mein kisi na kisi roop mein pyaaz ka upyog is samsya mein labh pahuchata hain. Saath hi agar ise kachcha khaya jaye to behtar natize dekhne  ko milte hain. 


12. Kuch plants ko kabhi khar-patwar maan kar yu hi phenk diya jata hain. Aisa hi ek paudha hain  punarnavapunarnava   ka vanspati naam  Boerhavia diffusa hain. Punarnava ki taazi jado ka ras (2 Spoon) do se teen mah tak lagatar doodh ke saath sewan karne se budha aadmi bhi jawan ki tarah mahsoos karne lagta hain. 


13. Til ka tel bhi is samsya me bahut hi kargar tarike se kaam karta hain. Til ke tel ko jitni matra mein le, Utni hi matra mein Lauki ka juice bhi le. Raat ko sone se pahle is tel ke misharn ko apne seer aur body par massage kare.  Yeh bahut hi khas nuskha hain jo bina kisi jyada kharch ke aapko is samsya mein rahat dega.


14. Saboot anaaj ko bhigo kar ankurit kar khane se khoon badhta hain. isse niyamit sewan se swapn dosh ki samsya kam ho jati hai.
